This course provided by the British Academy for Training and Development, focuses on controlled communications - a set of Non-Media Communication Techniques used in public relations. Participants will learn the basics of research, writing articles and speeches. By analyzing case studies, trainees will be able to acquire skills in conducting communications assessments to determine the effectiveness of existing Public Relations schemes and recommend improvements to programs. Participants will also learn how to plan and manage the production of public relations materials, cost estimation and budgeting.
