Hospital Management in Global Crises, Epidemics and Disasters

Summary

At a time when the world is facing numerous crises, particularly health crises, the most recent being the rapidly spreading Covid-19 virus, it has become essential for health institutions to develop new and modern plans suited to the current era. This necessity arises especially because the Covid-19 virus has persisted far longer than experts anticipated, along with its significant spread.

Through this training at the British Academy For Training And Development Center, plans will be developed to manage health crises according to their characteristics and circumstances, starting from the least to the most dangerous, and preparing for each crisis individually if it arises, as well as how to deal with it during and after the crisis.

All of this will be clarified through an intensive training program aimed at developing the capabilities and skills of effective management thinking for crises and disasters among trainees. This will involve practical training and practices related to managing crises and disasters and addressing them within different strategic environments.

Through this program, we will strive to enhance the trainees’ capabilities and refine their skills in the in-depth analysis of problems and how to sustain life amid crises and challenges, particularly infectious diseases and viruses. We will also work to improve systematic and superior diagnosis to manage and evaluate incidents, ensuring compliance with sound prevention requirements, and understanding international legislation and systems in light of humanitarian dimensions during emergencies.
