FIDIC Contracts provide the internationally recognized framework that governs risk, responsibility, and payment on major construction and engineering projects around the world. This training course gives participants a practical, working command of FIDIC conditions of contract, equipping project, contract, and commercial professionals to administer contracts confidently and manage risk from award through to final account.
Participants will examine the structure and application of the FIDIC Red Book and Yellow Book, the two most widely used forms in construction and engineering contracting, and build practical skills in day-to-day contract administration. The course also covers how to prepare, evaluate, and respond to claims, along with the mechanisms FIDIC provides for dispute resolution, giving participants a rounded understanding of how to protect their organization's position throughout the contract lifecycle.
