The annual financial statements are the primary means through which stakeholders assess an entity’s financial position. An important aspect for stakeholders is the presence of a solid financial foundation. In this analysis, various indicators were considered, including net position, working capital, the need for working capital, net treasury, and others. Additionally, this study aims to highlight the key differences between analyzing the financial balance based on the regular balance sheet and the analysis based on the financial balance sheet. One of the main objectives of this study is to present the key advantages that the financial balance sheet offers for financial analysis and to raise stakeholder awareness of this approach.
