Modern strategic and annual budget planning for operation and maintenance

Summary

Maintenance has been through many changes. Since the start of the industrial revolution until very soon, the known way to do maintenance was through reacting. This means that when a machine breaks down, we fix it. However, if the machine is working well, no maintenance activities will be done. The British Academy for Training and development is pleased to offer this special program in order to help the trainees take the needed action to avoid the problems resulting from the the reacting phase.

The second part of the course will focus on bettering the effectiveness and job performance of those who work in financial control. This will be done through introducing them to topics such as Budgeting in maintenance and operation, Programs for auditing and examining budgets, Programs for auditing the earnings and spending, Programs for auditing cash operations and monitoring safes, and beyond.

Objectives and target group

Who should attend?

  • Those who work in the field of strategic planning in engineering.
  • The operation and maintenance workers.
  • Electric and electronic engineering graduates.
  • Operation and maintenance specialists.
  • Those who work in financial control.

How attendees will benefit?

After completion of the programme, delegates will have the knowledge and skills to:

  • Explaining the importance of understanding the modern systems to maintenance and strategic planning.
