This course is provided to help people develop social media and online marketing strategy for business. The course will cover various Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, Blogging, etc.) to help trainees decide which one is best according to their business needs and requirements. The course will enable participants to learn best practices and how to monitor people's online feedback about their business (your organization, your brand) and consider the suitable methods to counter negative comments.
