The main elements of healthy food can be grouped into five main groups:

  • Proteins: Protein is one of the essential elements of healthy food. Protein is found mainly in meat, legumes, eggs and nuts.   • Vitamins: The main source of vitamins is fruits and some types of vegetables, Kiwi is one of the richest fruits in vitamins, vitamins play a very important role in most of the biological processes in the body, either construction or metabolism, and are very necessary for the continuation of life, so are classified as essential elements of healthy food.
  • Water: The reason for the continuation of life; because the human body contains more than 50 liters of water, the person gets water through drinking, and by eating food rich in water, and gets rid of the water through the urine and perspiration, so water is one of the most essential elements of healthy food.
