Proceeding from the universities’ strategies and their quest to consolidate international cooperation and exchange of knowledge and to benefit from the experiences of international universities, a department for international communication and cooperation in the field of knowledge and scientific research is established. The universities are looking forward to strengthening and developing their activities, and setting policies to establish best practices for relations to serve the universities.

The department develops and oversees a variety of university-wide initiatives and policies related to international research, education, and collaboration. Its mission is to enhance the position of universities regionally and globally by developing educational and research partnerships, and entering the local, Arab and international academic rankings.
