Administrative Investigation Officer is the employee who receives orders from the director or from the head of the department, by conducting the necessary labor investigation, the performance of such tasks shall be accidental and not permanent, which should be added to his original job duties. In all cases, it's not mandatory for such officer to be a Human Rights officer, as he/ she could be regular officer or even an engineer or doctor, while officers in charge of criminal investigation shall be appointed by law and assigned by judicial or ministerial order.
