Summary

The British Academy for Training and Development offers a course of international cooperation (negotiations and agreements) for those wants  to develop their capacity to work within international business offices and how to formulate conventions and actions internationally.

Working within international functions, whether in embassies or within the various foreign ministry offices or within international councils, must be in accordance with frameworks and methods determined by international standards in how to deal and international correspondence between countries and at the level of international offices, how to work within those offices and the most special conventions in drafting Letters, contracts and international documents, as well as how to conclude and finalize the conventions in the final form agreed upon globally. All these ideas will be presented through practical activities and theoretical lessons.

  • The way in which all diplomatic affairs are conducted within government embassies.
  • Drafting of resolutions, documents and texts of agreements on international cooperation.
  • Protocol method in writing final texts resulting from international negotiations on international cooperation.
  • The functions of the Secretary and the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of each country.

  • International Conventions and International Cooperation Concept and content, and how to work within the offices to conclude them.
  • International standards for the conclusion of international cooperation agreements.
  • Professional ethics in dealing with diplomatic relations between countries and international cooperation relations.
  • International negotiation management skills and the format for writing international communications papers in those negotiations.
  • International communication and signature management methods for international contracts and international negotiation.
  • The skill of managing the work within the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and arranging the diplomatic papers necessary for the task of negotiating or signing an external contract.
  • Preliminary principles for beginners and new employees in the management of international cooperation offices.
