The British Academy for Training and Development offers a course on Management Skills Development for Heads of Departments, for anyone who wishes to develop their skills and the ability to develop administrative tasks and work as department heads.
Management or leadership is an attempt to influence the people around the president or leader and work to try to direct them to achieve the desired goal. When organizing a group of relatives to achieve certain goals such as volunteer work or preparing for a school trip, in such cases, there must be a leader for these groups. Opinions differ, as some believe that leadership is a trait acquired over time and can be practiced seriously to obtain it, while many believe that it is a trait instilled in everyone.
